Umrah Terms & Conditions

Child without bed (02-06 years old) will be charged 75% of adult fare and child with bed (6-12 years old) will be charged full as adult. Infants (below 02 years) will be charged (without bed) 50% of adult fare. In case of visa rejection by embassy or after-approval cancellation, charges will be non-refundable.

Visa processing time will be 15-20 days (subject to approval from KSA or any delay caused by the Saudi Embassy).

Ziaraat, meals, and airline ticket are not included in package cost.

Visa cancellation charges after visa approval or visa stamping will apply.

Self-accommodation is strictly prohibited and can only be allowed at the discretion of Crown Group. In case of self-accommodation without permission, full duration of stay will be charged. In case of any penalty from the Saudi Ministry due to stay in a "NON-TASNEEF" hotel, the agent will be responsible for it.

Any change in Umrah package (Makkah or Madinah nights) will change package price accordingly.

Visa approval expires after seven days. Documents should be provided prior to this time period.

Complete payment in advance.

Hotel voucher must be issued 72 hours before flight departure. It is the agent's responsibility to provide correct flight details. In case of wrong details, Crown Group will not be responsible for any loss.

Crown Group will not take any responsibility for any kind of loss due to objection or delay in visa by the Saudi Embassy.

Passports will not be given to any pilgrim in Saudi Arabia.

Any changes in Umrah policy by the Saudi Ministry will be applicable the same day.

All relevant documents, i.e., FRC certificate, marriage certificate, etc., must be provided where appropriate.

Pilgrims must return within the time period of their Umrah package. Failure to comply will result in a penalty.

Crown Group has the right to stop any doubtful case at any stage of visa processing.

All Umrah package rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Visa, transportation, and accommodation charges are non-refundable. Any complaint/refund will only be applicable to vouchers which have remarks from our Saudi team.

Packages are for Umrah visa holders only.

Any increase in fuel surcharges or airline taxes will be borne by the customer.

Insurance provided covers only emergency medical cases, as per Saudi Arabian regulations.
